Canterbury Park Leg Up Fund
ASSISTING INJURED JOCKEYS
Canterbury Park and Minnesota’s horsemen groups are teaming up again this season to raise funds to benefit the Leg Up Fund, a permanent fund created to support injured Canterbury Park riders. In the spirit of the former Don MacBeth Fund, the new Fund will provide direct resources to Canterbury Park jockeys who are hurt while riding, and help give them a ‘Leg Up’ while they recuperate.
